In Canada, we just celebrated our version of Thanksgiving, a time to pause and celebrate. That means a delicious ham or turkey dinner with family and friends chased by pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream. But amidst the feasting, did you stop and give thanks for all the abundance around us? Even though we're living through a global public health emergency, we're still, for the most part, fortunate to have all we have.
I did. I try to practice acts of gratitude each day. And we are like magnets: If you focus on being grateful, you'll notice more and more things/people/places/feelings to express gratitude for. Try it!
